Don’t disrespect someone’s mom in front of them! I feel a little bad portraying Sabre like this. He was one of the more progressive voices within the long line of grandfathers that believed it was time to change how they operated. You know, the whole abandoning your kids to fend for themselves and them thinking you’re dead while you spy on them at all times in a secret high tech base on Angel Island. He even criticized Locke for how he handled things. But he was still part of it and taught Locke everything he knew. And now in this series, he’s more consistent in how he acts.

Knuckles the Echidna is the guardian of the Master Emerald as well as protector of Angel Island. Not only is it his home but it’s also home to various other mobians. Some good and some bad.
